I seen that windows 7 commercial where he says watch this on there wirelessly, with windows 7. What do I need in-order to do this?

The commercial is probably on the 'net somewhere, maybe youtube, show me what you're referring to, maybe then I can help.

They may be referring to the ability to stream to the xbox 360 using Windows Media Center. But if you do have an Xbox 360 I would use Tversity. It does real-time encoding so you can watch more video formats that what Microsoft allows.
