Usb to rs232 driver

the computer suddenlly didn't recogize the Usb to rs232. help me please.

Have you tried looking in device manager for any device with a yellow pling against it? If you see one delete it and reinsert the USB to RS232 converter.

yes I have, nothing with yellow. and when I use the USb nothing change in the device manager.
