Recommended psu for core i3 cpu

can i use my psu (350 w) with a core i3 540 processor
or do i need a new one ?
and what wattage should i get if i need new one?

ill be using a gigabyte GA-H55M-S2H mobo

What are you going to be using for graphics? The CPU is not the largest power draw in the system, a discrete graphics card usually is. If you will be using the build in graphics then a 350W will power the system easily.
