I have a friend that is looking for a video card for his HP desktop. This would be really easy to pick for him except the fact that the computer has a 300Watt Power supply with no PCI-Express power connections. I don't really have the time to do the power research to get him the best card for his money, so I am hoping that someone here can help me out in picking a card for him.

So, here is basically what he has:
- 300Watt Stock power supply in an HP
- Open PCI-Express x16 slot
- Dual Core Processor (Not sure if its Intel or AMD)
- Not sure, but I think he will game at 1280x1024 at the most
- $100 or less to spend

Given that, whats the best video card to get?

Thanks for the help

I would get an HD4650. I don't trust that PSU, but if it has more than 16A on the 12V, he can use an HD4670.
