the pcmag review says that it should be able to handle a 9500gt but im not sure.

some of my computer specs are:
intel core 2 quadcore q8200
6GB
i have 1 dvd drive
300w psu 12V/19A
Finally found my PSU model = liteon ps 5301-08HA

It has an integrated graphics card.
It has a pci slot, pci-e slot, pci-e x16 slot.

What graphics card can i get thats decent and that wouldnt put too much preasure on my psu.

Im hoping for a gpu that can handle modern warfare 2 and left 4 dead 2 on med quality and decent resolution.

Im on a low budget and i'd rather just get a gpu. rather than a psu and a gpu.

Thanks to those who answer.

HD 5750. Unfortunately the price is pretty inflated right now. It should be fine with your power supply, consuming 18 watts at idle and 108 watts at full load; it is also completely silent in either state. It supports DirectX 11 and will definitely run Call of Duty: MWF2 and L4D2 on medium (if not high settings w/o anti-aliasing) up to 1920x1080.

might be ur best bet, low power gpu that has descent performance, on par with 9500GT and a 4550.

Edit:

Actually sicne its an HP, ir probably has a good 300 watt PSU, so u might be abel to spitng up to a 4670

killer price!

The 5750 is easily the best in terms of performance vs power draw its lower than the 4670 and the 4770. Depends if you want to spend out for one though.

Mactronix {I mean it kicks either cards arse and draws lesss power just to be clear}

Take note from the graphs it's very easily overtaken by the 512MB HD 4670 and is more expensive...
