See the form in my sig, but here's some changes in the meantime. Look for some lower latency RAM, such as this set
OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop

/agree with masterasia--I prefer WD drives as it is, and the Black is a great drive. Generally the F3 is about 15 dollars cheaper, but I would rather spend the extra few bucks for a drive I have always used and trusted. The black also has a 32mb cache as opposed to 16, and runs dual motors internally. Say what you want, I prefer WD's.
Rig seems great so far, I would make sure that monitor is full 1080p or higher--no sense running a lower resolution with such a nice build!
You could probably squeeze DDR3 1600 in there as well, not a huge difference from 1333 in terms of price, and it yields that little extra edge for speed!
EDIT: you may also want to go with a 600W+ power supply there, 500W will work--but I think the extra headroom of a 600W or higher would really help especially with that hungry quad core and big gpu!

Why is everyone nowadays recommending this hard drive over the WD Blacks? I know its single platter, but wouldn't multiple platters be faster anyways?
I can see how it could be a bit confusing, but the number of platters has no impact on performance (more platters does have other effects though such as more heat, more noise, shorter lifetime, etc.). Platter density does however impact performance greatly - the more data that is packed into the same amount of space, the faster the drive will be. Also to address the cache question, more than 16mb on a 500gb drive is unnecessary, and will have no noticeable impact on performance.
