Lite-on dvd shw 160p6s

Hello,
i have this DVD write lite-on dvd shw 160p6s, it reads both dvd and cd. i have only burned 1 dvd only and after that the problem starts.
whenever i try to burn a dvd as the burning starts the disk comes out and not burning it.i use nero8. Please help me !!!!! and suggest me some good solutions.
