Anyone seen this?

This was very odd. I clicked shutdown and my system powered down (not sleep). About 10-20 minutes later, I hear my system power up by itelf. After loading, I got this message: System recovered after shutdown; problem:

Before my system use to give me BSOD while playing games or on internet. Changed the vcore by increasing it a little. Since then, no trouble...Lately as in the past few weeks, I get "gremlins in my system" as it turns on by itself with the above error.
 
It sounds to me like your system is Hibernating, not actually powering down. I would double check the power options in Vista. Some hardware can be set to power up the system from hibernation. You can't really tell the difference between the system being in hibernation mode and actually shut down since the system powers down either way.
