I would go with CM 212 because its known to outperform many $60 coolers while still being pretty quiet.

The heatsink itself also has a much larger surface area, making it significantly more effective.

The 212 also looks better IMO (Though that's up to you)

EVO = capable of push/pull and you can use any 120mm fans.
ZALMAN = non user replaceable fan = blah!
Exact same ram in low profile = better heatsink compatibilty if you ever decide to add another kit.
