System:

Windows 7 Home Premium
XFX 780i Tri SLi mobo
Intel Q6700
Seagate 500GB HDD
8GB G.Skill DDR2 (only 4GB in right now)
2x XFX 9800GTX in SLi (currently)
1200W Coolmax PSU

I was having beep code problems and also been dealing with no display for a few days. I am now getting a single beep (good :)  ) and it halts at the 5D postcode error (Name: Onboard I/O, Description: Init Initializing onboard superIO). Can anyone tell me what components this refers to so I can try to fix the problem? Also, does anyone know the postcode boot sequence from start to FF? Thanks.

So I did some research and discovered that the EVGA version on the 780i has a Winbond W83627DHG Super I/O chip which monitors voltages, temperatures, and fan speeds. I think the culprit is the PSU now, because I can get it to post with no Graphics cards, and I get a single beep. When I put one card in I get multiple beeps, no display, but posts, and when I put the second card in and attach the SLi bridge, I get a single beep, and POST code '5D'. I guess its worth trying out a new PSU before buying a new mobo.
