How do i remove the details in properties in my pictures on xp

Hello,
I have a computer where I have pictures in my pictures file in Windows XP. I know in Windows 7 you can remove picture "detail" by going to properties, etc. Is it possible to remove the detail in XP? I have tried everything and nothing works. I want to email some pics but want to get rid of the details of the pic - path name, date, etc. Thanks for any help.

That information is stored as metadata within the picture in exif format. Google exif remover and you should find a utility to remove this information.
