I am currently building a new computer and i had a question if the PATA 1 x ATA133 2 Dev. Max on the ASUS Mobo would be compatible with my WD HDD below and if my PCI Soundcard is useful or useless?

Solution
That hard drive is fully compatible with your mobo.
On the other hand, you can install your Creative sound card in any of the two PCI slots of your mobo.
There is no problem.
If you're using Vista or Win 7 then your sound card is not as useful. That's simply due to somewhat crippled driver support for older creative cards, since they want you to buy the newer ones, so the drivers for the Audigy card have more features under XP than Win7 or Vista. It's not as bad as it was during the whole Daniel K episode, but still.
