im trying to overclock my amd phenom ii x4 B45,so far i've only increased the referrence clock from 200(stock) to 235 (3.5ghz)which is stable .i tried increasing to 240,3.6ghz but while stress testing with prime95 for 30 minutes it shutsdown and restart..i don't know what to do next.i tried increasing the cpu overvoltage on my bios from 1.45 to 1.465 but the voltage doesn't increase when i open up cpu-z..it shows 1.45..??is 1.45 the limit volt for this cpu/motherboard ? im very new at overclocking .
i have the m4a77td pro motherboard,4gig ram
