If you can't boot not much you can do without booting from the Cd to expand a member from the CD or repair your os or boot member.

You could check the HD, and you might find a copy of the I386 folder from the Windows CD to expand it from, or use another computer that has CD drive, and put your drive in it as a slave to do it
