Overclocking e7500

Hie , I just want to oc my CPU to 3.2ghz . But there is no option in BIOS . Please help me.
Note: my CPU temps remain below 50c after gaming due to opened cabinet and fan speed always maximum.

Yes but as I said there is no option in BIOS for changing clock speed .

We need some more details about your computer more specifically which motherboard you have.
Also most computer bought at stores have most BIOS stuff locked
