What motherboard? You don't list it. Try going to the manufacturer's website and look at the motherboard specs for "cpu support" or go to the support section and follow the directions for the cpu listings. If a bios is listed, you'll have to check your post screen and use the "pause" key and check for your bios version at the top or bottom of the screen. If your bios isn't the same or newer than the one for the 545, then you'll have to flash the bios using a floppy or the windows flash program. Many manufacturer's give you a choice.
