And most inportantly will these RAM be Compatible with ASUS M4A89GTD-PRO/USB3??

I would just get the 1600MHz set... And yes they should work fine in that mobo.

Due to the lower timings, the 1600Mhz kit will actually be faster.
Either should work fine with your motherboard, just be sure to manually set the Voltage, Timings and Speed.

It is highly recommended to check the motherboard makers memory QVL list and from my cursory view of the QVL for that mobo, Walton Chaintech memory is not on it.

That is not to say that Walton Chaintech will not work, but it is to say that it has not been tested and certified by Asus to work on that mobo.

As an example, the G-Skill Ripjaws 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600 is on the Asus QVL for that mobo; price and availability aside.
