my netbook are no display all the lghts are on how to troubleshoot dis one?

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

If your netbook still have warranty, apply for this. If doesn't, could be a problem with the LCD of your notebook, or some cable inside this lost the connection.

Try to connect your netbook to a monitor or LCD TV to see if this show some imagen.
