I think not. SSD and flash drive are very different. Stick with Window Readyboost.

I used SRT with a SSD and had major problems. I eventually used a regular HD to boot with another HD for data. Is there some kind of compatibility problem with SRT and windows? I now have no problems.

Sorry that I took so long to reply. So what is the problem you have with SRT?

When I set it up it ran fine but after a while I had major errors on the disk drive and had to reinstall. Also I tried the gigabyte utility that allows you to set up SRT without reinstalling the os but then I had a boot drive failure. As of now I have a regular hard drive in IDE.

I think you may already know about it but in case you haven't:

1. select raid mode in bios and both disk have to be set to boot disk
2. select the HDD, not the ssd, as the disk to install the OS in
3. Install the mobo drivers
3. Update bios
4. Set up SRT

It could be the ssd is going bad. Test the ssd.

If you already done that, not sure what else we can do. Try contact the mobo manufacturer.
