I am wanting to build a new computer as well as swap out my cpu on my old computer(PHen 9500 x4). Would this be a good choice as far as performance/price? Tell me what ya think

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: this week (depending on how i feel about it) BUDGET RANGE 800 Before Rebates

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies)

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: not worried about them.

I am pretty sure that WD HD is old and runs two 205GB platters. The newer single platter 500 GB drives are faster. The Samsung F3 is one such drive and as a bonus costs less.

I see two combos with two CPUs, the 955 should be fine, Im not sure the 965 is worth the extra price.

I have two 280 gtx w/ accelero xtreme fans... but one seems to be acting funny. 1 of the 3 fans is not spinning and it will not post video on boot up.... so i have to troubleshoot that.
