in my motherboard audio not coming

Your motherboard came with a software disc. On that disc are a bunch of drivers. Some manufacturers split up the drivers to make installations faster. If you're certain that your audio drivers have been installed, then you likely have a dead audio chipset.

If your integrated audio is defective, consider these two options:

1. RMA the board and get a replacement; or
2. Buy an add-on sound card.
