No you can't play ps games on PC legally. However you can use a emulator softwares.
But those softwares can work properly for PS1. Even on Core i7 you can't play PS2 games, just becoz they are written in an alien lang for pc's to understand.

You can go around internet finding these software, but you might end up opening a backdoor for a cracker. One more thing, emulating is actually illegal and talking 'bout this here in Tom's is not condoned.
