ATI Hybrid CrossfireX build question - HDMI?

I'm putting together a little system - I have an ASUS board that supports ATI Hybrid CorossfireX - which let's me take a ATI card and run it crossfire with the onboard graphic chip to get a little extra something out of it...

nothing fancy - it's for my screen printing workshop - so it's mostly for printing, email, web and an overrated DVD player (watch movies while I print)

When this is is all set-up - where do I go for Video out? Do I go out of the card or the motherboard outs? Can I use the HDMI output with this set-up?
