PARTS PREFERENCES: Intel CPU, ASUS motherboard, Nvidia graphics card,

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Yes, later in the build once i get everything set up

May want to rethink your RAM. X58 platforms (which use the i7 920 you plan to buy) use RAM in multiples of 3, not 2. Since you're getting Windows 7 64-bit, why not get a 3x2GB kit instead?

Also, check your case/MOBO. You have a Micro-ATX case with an ATX MOBO. They won't work together. You need to bump your case up to one that supports an ATX MOBO or drop down to an Micro-ATX MOBO.
