Welcome to the forum.

Why three ODDs?

The combo on the mobo/CPU expired, but I would get an Asus/Gigabyte anyways.

I don't really like that case, but it's up to you.

Don't get that PSU

You most likely could skip the sound card.

Finally, consider the HD 5850.

You could likely skip the TIM, as well.

Depending on the company I think you could get a 4890 with possible lower prices and higher if not comparable performance.

Also wondering if you'd really need two Optical Drives? The Sony one should be enough right?

Edit: Also, yes the third ODD, your case should have all the ports you need, unless you're going to jam pack the computer with USB components.

If you're only running a single video card, I'd suggest this PSU.

Most onboard sound is good quality now days, so I would drop the soundcard.

This would be one of my favorite cases around the same price

If you're running windows 7, I'd suggest looking for a 5850. If not, I'd suggest the ATI 4870 or 4890. They're much better price/performance.

With the $$ saved, you could upgrade your monitor to something like this
