whats a normal idle temperature for a P4 3.4 Ghz 800 FSB 1 MB cache processor.

Mine is idling at 65 c is that normal or is it too hot.

The funny thing is I find its running much slower then the previous processor I was running
P4 2.4 Ghz

Too hot. 65C should the load temperature.

Thanks for the info either its defective or I need a better cooling system.
