Cooler for PNY NVIDIA Quadro 2000D

Hello,
I just purchased NVIDIA Quadro 2000D from PNY, as the 2nd card for my 4 x 30" screen setup. However, it's a bit too loud, so I need to replace the cooler.
I searched around a lot and it seems quite impossible to find a cooler made for these cards.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a quiet cooler for my card?
