Hello,
When I start up my computer, it loads then, screen goes black with NO SERVICE then reloads again, Keeps doing this. What would be the problem?

When I start up my computer, it loads then, screen goes black with NO SERVICE then reloads again, Keeps doing this. What would be the problem?

1 - System error (corrupt driver or other system file) causes auto reboot on system error. - Boot into safe mode, choose, disable auto restart on system error. You will most likely get the dreaded BSOD with a "Stop Code" and have to use a working computer to get online and research the code.

2 - Boot from Windows CD and repair-install the OS.
