Currently I have GigaByte GTX 260 Super Overcloked graphic card, Intel Core 2 Duo E5300 2.6GHz, 2Gb DDR3, 500Gb SATAII. CAN I RUN GTX 295 GRAPHIC CARD ON THAT POWER SUPPLY???

I would personally concentrate on other parts of your PC first.

You can run it on your PC but for a card that expensive a good brand PSU will be more adequate.

Other parts bottleneck that card tho.
BTW Have you bought it?

that psu is more than enough. but i dont think buying a 295 and JUST pairing it with an e5300 will be a good idea. read the "building a balanced gaming pc" article here in toms.

The GTX 295 is a major CPU hog, it simply shows no performance increase unless you have the latest Core 2 Quad or an I7. An E5300 with a GTX 295 will be like trying to run an Aston Martin with a Mini Cooper's engine. You're in total bottleneck hell.

Yup, they use some Delta's ( good unit's ), also CWT's ( again good unit's ), and even Sirtec ( not so good ).

No, not yet.
Right now I' am satisfied with my GTX 260, which is quite enough good for my LCD monitor, whose max. resultion is 1440X900. :)

Then don't even think about buying it.
It is way overpriced.

GTX 260 is sufficient for your resolution.
If you want anything more powerful then ATI HD 5850 is the way to go.
Nearly half the price of GTX 295.
