CM Storm Enforcer best heat sink?

What is the best heat sink for a CM Storm enforcer?

Forget about ram sizes and all that,

Should I get water cooling? Or stick to my Hyper 212 Evo?

By water cooling I mean one of those closed systems, like the H80's and stuff.

Budget? Why not custom watercooling? Looks awesome and gives much better temps. Though stick with your 212 until you have made a decision, like me
