Why doesnt my flash drive work

Hello,
when i put my usb flash drive in the computer i try to drag files in it and shortly after it has a error messege what could be happining

What is the error message, and also what format is the allocation table? FAT32 or NTFS?

More information needed what is the error what make/ model is the drive and what size is it? Flash drives in general are very reliable and when you get an error message the chances are that you have a fake drive. On the other hand without the above information you may have just filled up the drive.
