Dell optiplex 320 xp monitor going to seep

Hello,
Monitor going to sleep immediately I power my PC dell optiplex 320

Is it really going to sleep or it just shuts off all?
I mean you hear sounds from fan, drives, or not?
Ok, can U see the Windows loading screen or use safe mode?
Can it "survive" in the bios for 5 minutes without going out?
I don't think the monitor can go to sleep mode if it's not already in Windows...
Yep, sorry many questions! It could be many things from a corupted registry, to the monitor or the fan but we need more info.
