I just got done building my new computer yesterday, and I was curious as to what type of software you guys use to monitor and control things like, CPU temp, fan speeds, etc. I have an ASUS mobo, and it comes with it's own software, but it looks really crappy.
Can you recommend any popular third-party tools for system monitoring and fan speed control?
I use SpeedFan. Not the flashiest thing in the world, but it gets the job done. There are also little Windows gadgets out there where you can constantly view temps and such as well.
