Before I post this question. I have searched on google, some other site and kingston website, too. But all suggestion didn't work.
This is my system:
- amd athlon x2 240
- main : ecs 780gm-a ultra
- ram : 2x2gb Kingston HyperX (KHX8500D2/2G)
- psu: Cooler Master Extreme 350W
- graphic card: msi 4670 2d1g/d3

I set bios :
- Dram frequency: 533
- Cl : 5 ,tRCD: 5 ,tRP : 5, tRAS: 15 , the another : auto (default)
- Vdim : 2.1

I tested by orthos , but It wasn't pass. I increase Vdim step by step form 2.1 to 2.35 but It didn' work too. I don't know why . I tested with memtest86+ with default setting (5-5-5-18 1.8v) has no problem.

What should I do now?

thanks for your help, falcon and lmeow

@Lmeow: I tried your setting but it didn't work too.

this is my setup . I tested at 5-5-5-15, v2.2. Orthos test : fail . Stop less than a minute

This is likely because only 1 dimm per channel is supported at 1066. If you run 2 dimms in single channel, it likely downclocks it to 800. If you use 2 in dual channel, you have 1 dimm per channel.

Yes, that is it exactly Falcon.
And they run "unganged", which is not, as some think, is the same as single or dual channel.
If you run them "ganged", they will also default back to 800mhz no matter which 2 slots you have them in.

thanks for all your reply.

I try all method, but my system is unstable , when I test my system by orthos . May be my mother board is too bad to do this.
In other case, I try to set bus ram to 400(800),ram timing 5-5-5-15. it 's work and stable .

I thought if I want to set ram bus at 1066, I will buy a hsf for these ram. It's so hot..
