New Card Reader Needs Three USB Ports-Motherboard only has two

Just wondering if there is anything I can do here-the new card reader requires 3 motherboard connectors for all three USB ports to work. My motherboard only has two USB front panel ports. Not sure what to do here. Any way to "split" the one connector?
