This is probably the biggest noob question but I'm new to this and want to make sure that I don't spend money needlessly.
I just bought all of my components for my first build and all of a sudden it occured to me that I'm not gonna be able to get on the internet unless I have wifi capapbility. My question is doe the MSI 790FX GD-70 motherboard come with wireless capability internet access?
I looked and didn't think I saw anything that said it would. If it doesn't I have to get a wireless card right?

If you don't have the option of plugging in a wire then you will need a wireless card.
