Sil 3112a sata driver for wim7

Having a PCI cald based SATA contoller for wich I can get no driver for Win7... It worked fine under XP with it's original driver, but Win7 doesn't installs it... Help me please to solve this problem. For days of searching I couldn't get a really working advice... I've lost all of my hope...
