Overclocking 3930k on a DX79SI?

I can't seem to overclock my 3930k at all. I'm using a default Intel DX79SI.

Even using the overclocking assistant in the bios, I can't get a stable overclock. It either loads with defaults, or doesn't boot at all.

I'm using a Corsair h100 push/pull.

I'm looking for a 4.2~ghz stable OC, but I can't seem to dial it in on my own! Help?
