After an overnight power outage, my Dell PC running Windows Xp service Pk2 doesn't start up. t starts up in Safe Mode but when I start up normally, I get the logo and the message saying Windows is starting up. Then the screen turns blank...blue, green or pink in colour. I notice that the processer doesn't rev up as it usually did on start up. I did Repair which did not help. I installed a new hard drive but after installation of OS, I got the same results. Any tips will be appreciated.
