New Widows Installation doesnt allow me to log in

Hi Friends,

Please helping me in this.

I have bought a new hard disk. i installed windows XP Professional firs. it worked fine. Then due to virus issue my system got restarted several times.

I thought of reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows XP and i did it.

But unfortunately during installation itself on the Login Screen it is prompting me with the looping error message:

"This copy of windows must be activated with microsoft before you can log on. Do you want to activate now?"

with options Yes and No.

Both options just loops back to the login screen


PLEASE HELP ME.
I TRIED INSTALLING FRESH COPY FROM THE SCRATCH 5 times till now

Do you have a Legal version of XP with a valid Microsoft Key ?
If Yes, call Microsoft and they will help you work through it.
