Verizon com/quickfix

Hello,
Need to reset my password or login for my computer,cannot get into my messages or send
at this time.
Both were working earlier today.
Please help me Thanks.

There is a default Administrator login, but you need to know the password for it, of course if this is your computer you would know that one.
