Stability Issues

I had just built my first system and I am having some stability issues. I will just get random blue screens and I am not sure what the reason is.
My system:
AMD Phenom II x2 550 BE
Asus M4A785TD-V EVO
OCZ Gold 4GB (2x2GB) 1066MHz
WD Caviar Blue 320 GB HD
Windows Vista Ultimate
I have flashed the newest bios, updated Windows as far as it can go, and got all of the newest drivers.
