Force3d 4850

Hey, just wanted to know. i currently have an ati hd3850 in my pc. i can get a force 3d 4850 for dirt cheap. in comparison with other brands would the force 3d perform worse?

I would imagine the performance would not vary that much from other brands, some card makers overclock their cards by default but you can do that manually with either ati tool or CCC.
