Which Asus Mobo would be best for an i5-2550k, gtx570, and 32gb ddr3 1866. For sure the i5 will be OC'd maybe the gtx570 and 32gb ddr3 1866 as well.

The first card have outputs for video if you have integrated graphics in your CPU, the second card doesn't have video output

Nonetheless, if you are buying the i5 2550K which doesn't have integrated graphics there is no need for a video output on your motherboard unless you plan on having a CPU with integrated graphics in the future.
