Lost most of window xp program icons from what I think was the Win32 Trojan virus I now removed. Any assistance will be great

DO NOT Delete any TEMP TMP Temporary Folders ! ! They may have been moved to one of these folders and hidden by the infection.

Download from bleepingcomputer.com the unhide utility and run it.
