Radeon 5770 idle temp and clock

I recently got a sapphire radeon 5770. It's idling at 60 degrees, and for what i have read that's high. I'd like to know if that's normal and what's the card's maximum temp. It says that it's at 400Mhz and the fan speed is at 40% with no activity.
