How to overclock and what FPS increase

Well, i have a Core 2 duo E7200 @ 2.53 GHZ~(2 Cores)
Windows Vista
ATI Radeon 4350(Already Overclocked)

i want to know how to overclock this CPU so i can get an FPS Boost on BF3 800x600 Resolution(now its 17 FPS Unplayable)

Don't double post.
Read our basic guide on overclocking but you might not see much of an improvement. According to people who know their stuff BF3 likes quad-cores and such. And your graphics card ain't that good either
