Systemax Venture failure HELP

I was messing around in Bios boosting up memory and cpu thinking it will overclock,but when i saved. I think the desktop overran and shut down. Now when I turn it on the monitor is blank and the desktop keeps running. How do I restore or repair the computer without the screen or disc?

Have you already tried going into the BIOS and resetting everything to default values? If you have and the problem persists, you may have damaged your motherboard in some way. Hopefully not though.

My monitor won't respond to the computer so it won't turn on.
