Acer not booting

I have an acer aspire on netbook ,A0A 150 netbook and it wont boot up . I tried flashing the bios and still nothing , help!!!

2. At what point did it stop booting?
3. Did it show any message on the screen (before the BIOS flash)?
4. Or any BIOS beeps? (describe the beeps)
5. And any video at all or only a black screen?
6. Did anything change after the BIOS flash?
