Vcore Adjusting on MSI Z68 G43

How can I adjust the vcore on this motherboard? I can change the frequency but it puts too much juice into the CPU. Can I use a windows program to change this?

  1. It should have a manual vcore option under CPU volts or something like that. I did read that the 43 series is not advisable to overclock.
  2. I don't see one. Doesn't exist. :/

I had a Z68A GD65 Gen3 board and that was a absolute pearl of a board, I heard that people owning the 55 and 43 models got stickers over the mobo stating that they are not OC friendly.
